These Terms of Use determine the rules for access to the website of the Fondation d’Entreprise PPR pour la Dignité et les Droits des Femmes www.fondationppr.org (“The Website”) and conditions of use that the user agrees to accept, without reservation, simply because of his/her connection to the Website.

Any person who has access to the Website, regardless of his/her quality (individual or professional), where (s)he is, the way of connection to the Website, the object and purpose of his/her access to the information published on the website, is an user of the Website (hereinafter “the User”)

5. Brands

Brands appearing on the Website as symbols or in other format (hereinafter referred collectively as “Brands”), are those belonging to the PPR Foundation or third parties, whether they are registered trademarks or not.

References to Brands on the Website in no way implicitly or explicitly represent any concession of usage rights, licenses or authorizations related to said Brands. These Brands may not be used in any manner whatsoever without advance, written consent from the PPR Foundation or third party in question. Any usage that has not been explicitly authorized by the holders of Brands appearing on the Website, other than uses specifically granted in this document, is strictly prohibited.
