5. Brands

Brands appearing on the Website as symbols or in other format (hereinafter referred collectively as “Brands”), are those belonging to the PPR Foundation or third parties, whether they are registered trademarks or not.

References to Brands on the Website in no way implicitly or explicitly represent any concession of usage rights, licenses or authorizations related to said Brands. These Brands may not be used in any manner whatsoever without advance, written consent from the PPR Foundation or third party in question.
