Sponsoring a Staff Project

Are you involved with an NGO seeking to develop a project in favour of women? If so, the Kering Foundation’s Selection Committee can grant financial and/or other support to non-profit organisations sponsored by a Group employee.

WHO CAN SPONSOR AN NGO PROJECT?

Any employee of Kering Group and its brands may sponsor a non-profit association running or planning a project to fight violence against women or promote women’s empowerment, provided the Employee-sponsored NGO Project meets the following requirements:

  • You are employed by Kering Group or a Kering brands under a fixed-term or permanent job contract. Employees of any other company owned by Artémis SA, retired employees or interns are not allowed to sponsor a project.
  • You are a member or a volunteer of the sponsored organisation.
  • Your involvement will be assessed during a phone interview in the course of the selection process. The extent of your commitment will be a determining factor in the Selection Committee’s decision.
  • You will act as the contact point of the Foundation to supply further information on the project during the selection process.
  • You agree to monitor the sponsored project and to forward intermediary report to the Foundation on the progress, assessment indicators of the project and final report.
  • You may sponsor only one project per Selection Committee meeting.

In order to match Kering Group’s strategic and geographic positioning, the Kering Foundation team will now source the community projects in a proactive way and directly get in contact with potential partners. From now on, the selection via the online application form and the Selection Committee is stopped.
