Staff projects

The PPR Foundation wishes to encourage Kering employees' engagement with local and international NGO, by granting support to selected staff projects.

RECOGNISE AND ENCOURAGE THE COMMITMENT OF VOLUNTEERING EMPLOYEES

A Selection Committee has been meeting on a regular basis since 2004 to review projects submitted by non-profit associations in which employees are involved, and grant support to selected projects aligned with the Foundation's sponsoring criteria.

Any Group employee may seek material, human and/or financial support from the Foundation for the benefit of an association in which s/he is a volunteer or member. The employee’s involvement in the project is assessed prior to submittal to the Selection Committee: the employee must be a member of the NGO concerned and agrees to monitor the project on behalf of the Foundation.

The Selection Committee reviews project proposals and decides on the funding granted up to €10 K.

In order to match Kering Group’s strategic and geographic positioning, the Kering Foundation team will now source the community projects in a proactive way and directly get in contact with potential partners. From now on, the selection via the online application form and the Selection Committee is stopped.
